The dialogue between the vibrant colors of silk and the warmth of brass shapes the forms of Tegumenti jewelry.
The hand-worked brass appears as a thread-like structure or a polished surface, combined with the geometry of silk.
Completely nickel-free, it is vitrified at high temperatures to preserve its luster over time.

The scientific term Tegumenti, a synonym for epidermis or covering, stems from the initial preference for working with everyday covering materials. Upholstery fabrics were the original basis for the jewelry concept, now expanded to a broader use of fabric such as silk, allowing greater sculptural freedom.
